• Published accuracy metrics and performance claims (e.g., predictive accuracy improvements over classical methods) are derived from controlled research benchmarks and may not reflect real-world performance across all scenarios, geographies, or conditions.
• AI models are periodically updated and retrained. Outputs may differ between model versions for identical input data, and prior outputs are not guaranteed to be reproducible.
• AI systems may experience degraded performance without notice due to model drift, data pipeline changes, infrastructure issues, or other factors.

2. Data Source Limitations

• Platform outputs depend on data from 70+ external sources, each with its own update frequency, geographic coverage, resolution, accuracy limitations, and potential for error.
• Government and third-party databases may contain outdated, incomplete, or erroneous data. These databases are maintained by external parties and Orbyfy has no control over their accuracy or timeliness.
• Satellite imagery has inherent resolution limitations and may not capture recent changes to site conditions, construction activity, vegetation changes, or other relevant developments.
• Data availability and quality vary significantly by geography. Some regions may have substantially less data coverage, lower resolution, or greater data age than others.
• Orbyfy does not independently verify all third-party source data and makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any external data source.

3. AI Hallucinations and Fabrications

• Large language models used by Cirra AI can and do produce "hallucinations" — plausible-sounding but factually incorrect, fabricated, or misleading information.
• Cirra AI may generate references to regulations, standards, studies, data points, or technical specifications that do not exist or are materially inaccurate.
• Cirra AI may misinterpret user queries, apply incorrect analytical frameworks, draw on inapplicable data, or reach erroneous conclusions.
• Numerical outputs including risk scores, measurements, area calculations, distance estimates, predictions, and projections may contain calculation errors or be based on flawed, incomplete, or inappropriate assumptions.
• Cirra AI may present uncertain or speculative information with inappropriate confidence.

4. What This Platform Is NOT

Orbyfy Earthflow and Cirra AI do NOT provide and must NOT be relied upon as:

• Licensed environmental consulting or certified environmental impact assessments
• Professional engineering advice, analysis, design, or certification
• Legal advice, regulatory interpretation, or compliance guidance
• Financial, investment, or economic feasibility advice
• Real estate appraisal, land valuation, or property assessment

• Geotechnical engineering or certified soil analysis
• Wetland delineation or certified biological assessment

4.
